Adrian Daniels’ practice involves a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and complex finance transactions. He has represented issuers in public offerings in the United States, and advises companies on ongoing SEC and NASDAQ matters affecting both Israeli and domestic issuers. Adrian’s practice also extends to corporate finance, venture capital and general corporate law, primarily for the high tech industry, including private equity and debt offerings, venture capital financings, business formation, corporate governance and contractual matters.
Adrian also has experience in day to day corporate matters, providing young companies with legal advice on the full range of corporate and commercial issues affecting such enterprises.
Adrian joined Yigal Arnon & Co. in 2000 and became partner in 2006. He is active in managing the firm’s Pro Bono practice.
Adrian received his law degree from Leeds University in 1991 and an M.A in Middle
Eastern Studies from London University in 1992. He is a Wolfson Scholar of Lincoln’s Inn. Adrian was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993 and to the Israel Bar in 1997. Adrian is fluent in English and Hebrew.
