Chief Global Operations Officer
Eyal Balicer is Chief Global Operations Officer at the Israeli Anti Ad Fraud Company CHEQ.
Prior to joining Cheq, Balicer was a principal of Glilot Capital Partners, the Best-Preforming Venture Capital Fund in the World (2010-2014 vintage). As a member of Glilot’s investment team, Eyal was responsible to explore new potential domains of investment and lead the due-diligence process and deep analysis of emerging investment opportunities, from cybersecurity and automotive technologies to online marketing and digital health.
Prior to joining Glilot, Eyal served as the Head of Research and Analysis at the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister’s Office. Under his purview, Eyal led a cross-government process to shape Israel’s international cybersecurity strategy and spearheaded the Bureau’s international business development efforts.
Prior to his civil service, Eyal was the youngest IDF Officer to ever serve in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Chambers, where he worked closely with leading national figures, including the Prime Minister. By then, Eyal had already initiated his pre-doctoral studies in Political Science and is now frequently enlisted as a speaker at academic institutions and international conferences around the world.
