Sascha Schubert – Deputy Chairman
Sascha Schubert serves as Deputy Chairman of the German Startups Association and is responsible for the realization of their events such as Exit Con, Growth Company Forum, Startup Camp Berlin, German Silicon Valley Week, German NYC Week and the CeBIT Scale 11. Sascha started three companies and two non-governmental organizations in his entrepreneurial life and shared his insights and experiences as a mentor at Startup Bootcamp, IBM SmartCamp and Founders Institute.
Natalie Gips – GISEP Project Lead
From June 2015 to July 2018, Natalie Gips was Project Coordinator in the ELNET-Germany office and coordinated political exchange between Germany and Israel. Before that, she worked for the European Office of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Frankfurt and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Germany and Ethiopia.
MA in International Politics/Peace and Conflict Research.
Nicolas Kollat – GISEP Project Assistant
Nicolas joined the German Startup Association in October 2018 as part of the team of the German Israel Startup Exchange Program (GISEP). He completed his Bachelor of Political Science with focus on Political Theory and International Relations at the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and is currently enrolled in the Master of Africa Studies at the Humboldt-University Berlin.
